Provo Defense Attorneys at Allan and Easton had two drug possession cases dismissed last week based upon illegal search and seizure by the Pleasant Grove Police Department. Allan and Easton were able to prove the officers had illegally searched the garage of a home and all of the evidence obtained from their search was deemed an illegal search and the cases were dismissed.
